As a leader in specialized pelvic pain treatment, Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) found its digital presence couldn’t keep pace with its growth. Over time, technical challenges—like outdated plugins, inconsistent themes, and scattered content—had made the website less efficient for patients and staff alike.
We reimagined their online presence by creating a scalable, functional website with intuitive UX and a strong SEO foundation, complemented by updated brand creative. The new design translates PRM’s core ethos into engaging visual elements that resonate deeply with those seeking care.
Since launching in December 2023, PRM has seen a 174% increase in organic keywords and 166% growth in organic traffic year-over-year. Building on this success, we’ve expanded our work to help create Worthy Warrior—an online community launched in July 2024 for endometriosis and pelvic pain patients to connect, share experiences, and find support in their healing journey.

Crafting a Visual Language That Honors the Patient Experience

Color Palette
We created a harmonious color palette to complement PRM’s existing logo, focusing on blues, purples, and pinks that convey trust, empathy, and healing. This helps drive home PRM’s gentle approach to care.

Typography
For headlines, Monarcha was selected for its elegant calligraphic rhythm and distinctive terminal serifs—creating a balanced, fluid appearance that feels welcoming rather than clinical.

Iconography & Art Style
The visual system centers entirely on the patient experience through clean, minimalist iconography that represents specific conditions with clarity and sensitivity. Each illustration thoughtfully captures the emotions and physical challenges patients face.
Building a Searchable, User-Focused Experience
We combined responsive design principles with comprehensive SEO improvements to create a website that ranks well and easily guides visitors to the information they need.
We developed layouts that seamlessly adapt to all screen sizes, creating a fluid experience whether accessed on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices. Technical SEO optimization served as a springboard for PRM’s broader content strategy, enabling them to achieve significant search visibility improvements. Building Worthy Warrior: A Digital Haven for Pelvic Pain Patients
We expanded our collaboration with PRM to help create Worthy Warrior—a dedicated online community launched in July 2024, where endometriosis and pelvic pain patients can connect, share experiences, and find much-needed support among peers who truly understand their journey.
The design strategy balanced the connection to PRM’s main brand while establishing Worthy Warrior’s distinct identity. We integrated PRM’s color palette with endometriosis awareness yellow, creating a visual language that immediately resonates with the community it serves. Our team integrated a custom Discourse Forum directly into the WordPress site, allowing for seamless conversations and content sharing.
